This website enables the ordering of a variety of products and services designed to help your business grow and stand out. The terms "we", "our", and "us" in this Terms of Use statement refer to WeDesign Graphix, LLC also known as WDG and its affiliates.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering into any contract or agreement with WeDesign Graphix for products and/or services to be provided by WeDesign Graphix, including, without limitation, ordering any products or services through the WeDesign Graphix website (hereinafter referred to as your “Contract” with WeDesign Graphix), you hereby agree to abide by, comply with, and be legally bound by the policies, terms, and conditions hereinafter set forth (these “Terms and Conditions”).

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, references to the products and/or services provided by WeDesign Graphix shall include, without limitation, logos, designs, graphics or similar materials or information, website design, and other design and marketing services or other coding services, and any and all future product or service offerings of WeDesign Graphix.

WeDesign Graphix proudly uses the Squarespace system for our website Content Management Systems (CMS) and e-Commerce platform. We use PayPal as our payment provider, processor, and gateway. This provider was chosen for their quality, consumer usability and ease of use, security, and streamlined service offerings. Your interactions with and use of these services and features are governed by the individual Privacy Policies and Terms of Service of each provider.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you should not order any products or services from WeDesign Graphix or enter into your Contract with WeDesign Graphix. These Terms and Conditions are hereby incorporated by reference into your Contract. To the extent that any provision of these Terms and Conditions conflicts with any provision of your Contract, the provision set forth herein shall be deemed amended so as to be consistent with the provisions of your Contract.

WeDesign Graphix reserves the right to modify, amend, update, and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. You are responsible for regularly viewing these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and agree that WeDesign Graphix shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, amendment, suspension, discontinuance, or other change to these Terms and Conditions.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part for any reason, the remainder of the Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and enforceable.

All headings in this agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the meaning of any provision hereof.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICY

No refunds will be given after 24 hours of a project booking or payment being received. WeDesign Graphix will determine, in its sole discretion, whether you are entitled to any refund. Should you receive a refund, you will be refunded an amount, less applicable termination and service fees. You agree that your acceptance of the refund shall constitute your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to related Responses. Additionally, you acknowledge that you will have no right (express or implied) to use any Response or other work product, content, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.

Information Collection & Use

WeDesign Graphix uses the information collected about you to process your order and to provide a better purchasing experience. We may request that you voluntarily supply personal information for purposes such as receiving correspondence, registering on a website, making purchases, participating in online surveys or market research. If you elect to participate, WeDesign Graphix may require personally identifiable information, including your name, mailing address, phone number, bank information, credit card information, or e-mail address. When you submit personal information to WeDesign Graphix, you understand and agree that we may access, store, and use your information.

We may use your information to communicate with you about products, services, and future promotions. Out of respect for your privacy, we offer you the option not to receive these types of communications. If you no longer wish to receive special offers or promotional notifications, please follow the unsubscribe instructions included in each communication. We may also send you order confirmation emails. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature.

We will retain your information for as long as needed to provide you products and/or services. If you wish to request that we no longer use your information to provide you products and/or services, please contact your bank. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

WeDesign Graphix does not share, rent or sell your personal information with third parties for them to market their products and services directly to you. We only share your personal information with companies that provide services to help us with our business activities such as shipping your order, billing processing or offering customer service. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.

We reserve the right to disclose information about you:

1. as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process

2. when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request,

WeDesign Graphix is committed to protecting your personal information. Security measures are in place on this website to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Additionally, we utilize the appropriate physical, technical, and administrative procedures to safeguard the information we collect. We offer industry-standard security measures available through your Web browser. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Please remember that email, which is different from the encrypted sessions above, is not secure. Therefore, we ask that you do not send sensitive information such as credit card or account numbers to us via an unsecured e-mail message.

Information you provide will be safeguarded according to strict standards of security and confidentiality. WeDesign Graphix recognizes and appreciates the importance of responsible use of the information you choose to provide. We take steps to require that our vendors, consultants, suppliers, and contractors observe our Privacy Policy with respect to security and the collection, use, and exchange of our customers' information. They are expected to abide by the Privacy Policy when conducting work for us and are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

For our partner service providers, Squarespace and PayPal, you are bound by and responsible to adhere to the individual Privacy Policies and Terms of Services outlined on their individual websites. You are solely responsible to make yourself familiar with these terms.

Social Media

This Website provides users the opportunity to interact and post content through various social media sites including, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Instagram, Flickr, YouTube, and Vimeo. Your interactions with such tools, and any information you provide in connection with these interactions are publicly viewable outside of the Website domain. Each social media site has its own privacy policies, which may be more or less protective than this Policy. If you do not wish for this information to be disclosed, then you should not use these tools. We are not responsible for information you choose to post in this forum.

Children Visiting our Websites

This Website is directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect or use information from children under the age of 13. Should children access this Website, we are confident that parents will not judge any of the information provided as objectionable for viewing.
