As Owner/CEO of WeDesign Graphix, LLC (WDG), Halle has worked with many creatives over the years and a variety of businesses, from startups to Fortune 500s, since 2003. Over the years, WDG services have included print design, publications, web design, and corporate presentations. 

An alum of The Ohio State University, Halle has held professional creative roles with several organizations in Ohio: Girl Scouts of Ohio’s Heartland, Ohio State, the Ohio State Bar Association, and recently iTutor.com - a national EdTech Company.

Halle has been a steward to her Columbus, Ohio community through student mentorship, speaking engagements, service as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and as trustee of the Center for Architecture and Design. Halle has been featured in editions of Who’s Who in Black Columbus and has participated in leadership cohorts such as Senator Ray Miller’s Institute for Change and Leadership, and has volunteered with the Creative Control Fest, a local creative-focused festival.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Halle has made Columbus her home and currently resides in the up-and-coming Southern Orchard neighborhood and volunteers as the website editor for the Southern Orchard Civic Association.

COLIN MCGINNIS

By day, Colin Page McGinnis is the CEO of SproutFIVE (formerly South Side Early Learning) in Columbus, Ohio. After earning a bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Science with Research Distinction in Teaching and Learning from The Ohio State University, he attended the University of Nebraska—Lincoln where he received a master's degree in Educational Psychology. Colin holds a Ph.D. in Psychological Studies of Education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Colin also previously served as the Director of Policy, Advocacy, and Research for Being Black at School.

As Founder at McGinnis Social Insights, Colin has applied his expertise in communications and design to help develop the brands of startup businesses, nonprofit organizations, and established brands such as Flashnotes, Kick-It, Apple, and Squarespace before joining the WeDesign Graphix team.
